Flatter Awarded Prime contract with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to support the Defense Production Act (DPA)

Flatter, Inc. (Flatter) was recently awarded a prime contract to provide research,

analysis, and technical expertise for the Defense Production Act (DPA).

This 5-year contract, which was competed on the PACTS II strategic sourcing

vehicle as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside, enables

Flatter to broaden its capabilities in the areas of research and analysis in the

realms of emergency management and national defense resources preparedness.

Flatter’s CEO, Brittany Chiang, says, “We’re excited to be supporting FEMA, the

DPA Program Division staff, and the critical mission they’re charged with to

develop resource allocation policies in response to acts of terrorism, natural

catastrophes, or other national emergencies.”
