Flatter Awarded 3 Prime Contracts in Support of the United States Coast Guard

Flatter, Inc. (Flatter) was recently awarded 3 prime contracts to support the U.S. Coast Guard. These newly awarded prime contracts are of a duration of between 4 to 5 years including option periods and were competed on the PACTS II strategic sourcing vehicle as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-asides. Flatter’s CEO, Brittany Chiang noted “ as a long-standing Coast Guard contractor, Flatter is pleased to have the opportunity to support these essential and distinct Coast Guard contracts”.

  • U.S. Coast Guard Electronic Health Record Acquisition (eHRa) Project Management Office (PMO) Support: Flatter provides project management support, systems acquisitions support, IT systems analysis, cybersecurity, documentation generation and test and evaluation support for the CG-933 eHRa PMO.

  • U.S. Coast Guard National Security Cutter (NSC) Logistics Analyst Support Services: Flatter provides programmatic and logistics acquisition support services to assist the USCG APO Baltimore in ensuring that configuration and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) artifacts are available in a timely manner to the Coast Guard’s Mission.

  • U.S. Coast Guard Facilities Design & Construction Center (FDCC) Facilities Planner Support: Flatter provides administrative, professional, and technical expertise  for shore infrastructure support to Shore Infrastructure & Logistics Center (SILC) and FDCC.
