Flatter, Inc. is excited to announce that Command Sergeant Major Pat Alston (U.S. Army, Ret), former Command Senior Enlisted Leader for United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), has joined the company as a Senior Consultant. In this role, Pat will focus on Flatter’s consulting delivery services, as well as leadership development and executive training.
Flatter’s COO, Oliver Chiang, says, “Pat is a phenomenal leader who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his extensive military and consulting career. We’ve been working with him since 2019 and we’re incredibly excited to expand our relationship to further develop the services and capabilities that we can offer to our Federal Government clients in the professional services arena.”
Command Sergeant Major Patrick Z. Alston is a Contractor-provided Senior Fellow for the National Defense University’s Capstone and Keystone programs. He is also a Senior Consultant with Burlington Capital Corporation, a diverse investment management firm located in Omaha, Nebraska, OWEN Industries, an industry leader in steel processing also in Omaha, Nebraska and Flatter, Inc.
He also serves as a Keynote Speaker for high-profile events within the Federal Government, with a focus on senior leadership development. Pat has served in a multitude of locations both CONUS and OCONUS during his distinguished military career, with his final assignment as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader for USSTRATCOM.
