Flatter, Inc. Awarded Prime Contract in support of the Air Force Senior Leadership Development Program (AFSLDP)

Flatter, Inc. (Flatter) recently won a single-award $39,559,613.00 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Air Force Senior Leadership Development Program (AFSLDP). This contract offers a full range of technical, functional and managerial expertise to support the continual development, enhancement, sustainment and facilitation of the AFSLDP by providing analysis, subject matter expertise, guidance and support to the Force Development and Senior Leadership training offerings.

Flatter’s President of Operations, Oliver Chiang, says, “We’re honored to be selected to support the Air Force in its training and education efforts through the AFSLDP contract and our Air Force Adjunct Contract Professor contract. Through these and other similar contracts with the National Defense University, Flatter has established a strong reputation for providing world-class senior leader training and advisement to the Federal Government.” Part of the scope of this contract includes analyzing and improving Senior Leader Development for the Department of the Air Force, to include Space Force, across the continuum of learning.
