This contract award further expands Flatter’s capabilities in the area of executive coaching and leadership development, while expanding their client base to a new organization within the Federal Government.

Flatter maintains a cadre of International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coaches at the Professional Coach Certification (PCC) level or higher to deliver executive coaching for senior leaders within the Federal Government and private industry to help them achieve their personal and professional life goals.
