First launched in 2021, Two Roads Leadership’s (2RL) International Coaching Foundation (ICF) Approved Coach Accreditation “Boot Camp” (4DBC) gets you certified as a 2RL Coach in just 4 days through 30 hours of intense training, education, and experiential learning. This engaging curriculum provides an in-depth look at the ICF Core Competencies, Coaching tools, and real-world Coaching case studies.
In this most-recent edition of our 4DBC program, leaders from all over the world – to include Budapest, South Africa, Japan, the United States, and Australia - engaged in virtual classroom lectures, practice coaching, and implemented their newly-acquired skills using real-world scenarios.
