Rod Aweina has been an integral part of the Flatter, Inc. team since re-joining the company in 2013 as a Deputy Program Manager. His dedication, strategic vision, and exceptional leadership have been instrumental in driving the success of our programs and services. He bolsters a strong credentials like the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and an MBA from American Public University. Over his many years supporting departments and agencies like the Defense Logistics Agency, Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard and other Federal organizations with national security missions, he has shown his technical expertise in program management, IT management, agile coaching, financial operations, defense acquisition systems, procurement and budget management, accounting, IT software development, Power BI, and Low-Code/No-Code web development.
His strategic approach and deep understanding of our clients' needs have earned him respect and admiration both within our company and throughout the industry.
In his new role as CPO, Rod will oversee all programmatic operations, ensuring the continued excellence and growth of our service offerings.
