Flatter awarded a 5-year Prime Contract to provide Organizational Development, Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Services for the FAA Office of Acquisition and Business Services (ACQ)

Flatter was recently awarded a prime contract in support of FAA ACQ. This 5-year single-award IDIQ offers a broad range of training, mentoring, and coaching services including: 

•Executive level planning and consultation in support of organizational development;  

•Leadership coaching (for ACQ executives and managers at all levels); and 

•Organizational development activities and tools for all ACQ personnel.
