Flatter, Inc. is honored to launch The Department of the Air Force’s “Coaching Culture Facilitator's Course”

Flatter, Inc. is excited to announce the launch of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) “Coaching Culture Facilitator’s Course” (CCFC) beginning19 April 2021. This program, focused on GS-11 supervisors, O-3s, and E-7s, will produce certified leadership coaches. Moreover, the program will also graduate and equip those same personnel with the ability to expand the DAF’s “Coaching Culture” across the total force – to include active, reserve, and national guard personnel from across both the Air Force and Space Force.  

Per the Air Force Coaching Culture Working Group, the DAF desires to create “an organizational culture that understands, values, and uses formal and/or informal coaching as a means to enhance the development of Air and Space professionals in support of the DAF mission.”  This 15-week, 74-hour course will prepare cohorts of participant leaders to facilitate “Coaching Culture” training sessions for DAF military and civilian personnel. Further, this course will prepare participant leaders to seek and receive their International Coach Federation (ICF) certification via the ACSTH Path.  Finally, upon successful completion of this course, participant leaders will receive their ICF Mentor Coaching certification.  

When asked for a comment on this critical program’s launch, Dr. J.R.
